Docs corrected, API fixes (28 September 2026)

The docs now match the API and webhooks exactly. The earlier pages described a webhook payload nested under data, signature samples without the sha256= prefix (so they rejected genuine webhooks), and API parameters and fields that didn't exist. If you built from those pages, check your signature check and field names.
API: the names from the earlier docs now work as aliases (list); paging with sort=oldest no longer repeats a client between pages; a wrong path returns a JSON 404 listing the endpoints; the email filter ignores capitalisation.
