ClientInvite Alternatives, Compared

Every tool on this page does the same core job: you send one link, the client approves it, and their accounts land in your Business Manager. What differs is what you pay, how hard the plan caps you, and which platforms are covered.

Every figure below was read off each vendor's own pricing page in September 2026, and we say plainly where each of them beats us.

ClientInvite vs Leadsie

51% less to start

The established option, priced per client

Leadsie charges per client through onboarding credits. The entry plan is $59/month for 3 clients, and the largest publicly priced plan is $299/month for 50. Run over and you buy overage packs at $50.

ClientInvite charges a flat fee instead: $29/month to start, or $89 with no cap on connections. The gap widens the more clients you onboard, because one model scales with volume and the other does not.

Where Leadsie wins

Leadsie meters prospect audits separately and generously, pools credits across the year on annual billing, and supports multiple brands on Pro. If your volume is low and lumpy, or audit-heavy, that suits you better.

ClientInvite vs AgencyAccess

55% less at scale

The broadest integration list, priced in client tiers

AgencyAccess caps clients on every tier — 5 a month at $44, 15 at $99, 50 at $199, then custom pricing. Full branding starts on their middle plan.

ClientInvite removes the cap at $89/month and puts branding on every plan. An agency onboarding twenty clients a month pays less than half here.

Where AgencyAccess wins

AgencyAccess lists 40+ integrations against our four platform families, including Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft and Amazon Ads, Klaviyo and HubSpot. They also give 30 days of trial to our 14. If you need a platform outside Meta, Google, Shopify and LinkedIn, they are the better fit and it is not close.

Which one you should actually pick

  • Onboarding more than a few clients a month? Flat pricing wins on both cost and predictability. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one, which is not true of credits or client tiers.
  • Need a platform outside Meta, Google, Shopify and LinkedIn? Pick AgencyAccess. No price advantage makes up for a missing integration.
  • Running lots of prospect audits? Leadsie meters those separately and gives you far more of them.
  • Ecommerce or Shopify development work? Leadsie has no Shopify Partner access, which rules it out for most Shopify agencies.
  • Just starting out? $29/month with full branding on the entry plan is the cheapest way to look established while asking a client for account access.
