How to Get Access to a Client's Omnisend Account
The fast way: one ClientInvite link
Your client shouldn't have to hunt for the Users page. Your link takes them straight there, presets the role, and collects their store and ad access in the same visit.
Generate Your Access Link
In your ClientInvite dashboard, select 'Omnisend Account' and generate your secure request link.
- The invite goes to your login email, or any address you set on the link
- Request every other platform in the same link
- Copy the Omnisend request link

Send the Link to Your Client
Share the secure link with your client via email, Slack, or anywhere else.
- No sign-in needed for this step
- No client passwords shared or stored, ever
- The client can remove access at any time
Client Sends the Invite
Your link shows your client your email address, opens the right Omnisend settings page, and tells them to invite you as Manager.
- Three short steps with a visual guide
- The role is preset to Manager, so nobody guesses
- Omnisend emails you the invite to accept

How to add a user to Omnisend manually
If your client prefers to do it without a link, send them these steps. They need to be the account Owner or an Admin.
- 01
Sign in as an Owner or Admin
Only the account Owner or an Admin can invite users in Omnisend, so sign in with one of those logins.
- 02
Open Users in Account settings
Click your profile in the top right, then Account settings, then Users.
- 03
Click Invite user
On the Users page, click Invite user.
- 04
Enter the email, role and store access
Enter the agency's email address, choose a role (Manager suits most agencies), choose all stores or a specific store, and click Confirm.
- 05
The agency accepts the invite
Omnisend emails the invite. An agency that already has an Omnisend login is added as soon as it confirms; a new user fills in a short form to set a password.
Why agencies automate this instead
Account settings and Store Settings live in different menus in Omnisend, and clients often land in the wrong one. One ClientInvite link opens the right page, presets the role, and collects Shopify, Meta and Google too. See ClientInvite pricing.
