Facebook Ad Mockup Generator
This Facebook ad mockup generator builds a preview of a single-image feed ad from your page name, primary text, image, headline and button. Download it as a PNG and send it to the client for approval before anything goes into Ads Manager. It's free, with no sign-up, and your images stay in your browser.
100 characters. Past 125, the preview folds the rest behind "See more".

What the Facebook ad mockup generator does
It shows how a single-image ad will look in the Facebook feed on a phone: the page name and "Sponsored" label, the primary text, the image, then the link bar with the display link, headline, description and button. The layout follows the current feed ad, so a client sees the copy and creative together instead of in a document and a separate image file.
Everything runs in your browser. Uploaded images aren't sent to a server, and the PNG is created on your device.
How to use it
- Enter the client's page name and upload their profile picture.
- Paste the primary text, upload the ad image and choose square or 4:5 vertical.
- Add the display link, headline, an optional description and the button label.
- Select Download PNG and send the file to the client with the brief.
Text length and image sizes
Long primary text is cut off in the feed behind "See more", so the preview folds it after 125 characters. Treat that as a guide: the exact cut-off depends on the device and the line breaks. Click "See more" in the preview to see the full text. For current image sizes, text limits and placements, check the Meta Ads Guide before you export final files, since Meta updates it.
Mockups compared with Ads Manager previews
Ads Manager shows the real preview for every placement, but only once you have access to the client's ad account and have built the ad. A mockup is for the step before that: agreeing the copy and creative with the client, pitching a new account or testing angles internally. It's a preview only. Don't present a mockup as an ad that has run.
